Welcome to nongaap. Where the ex-ante premium drafts turn into free ex-post writeups. lol I fully acknowledge I'm a bottleneck, unfortunately.
tbh I lost interest digging in after the initial pop in November and the volatility in Dec. Also, the GC angle didn't fully dawn on me until later. Lesson learned.
just saw this! I wouldn't count on a deal at this point, but it's hard to say tbh. The more interesting incremental news was the COO of Adyen announcing he's retiring just before PYPL formally announced CEO succession. The COO is ex paypal and actually based in SF. He's either in the running for PYPL or could be signaling Braintree is in serious consideration for spin off and he's in the running to take that biz over. Obviously, PYPL hasn't announced they're spinning Braintree, but it's certainly something to consider given the PYPL succession announcement is going to have a ripple effect across the industry
Too bad you did not piece this together in Dec...lol

Sad story...I did own...at $8.1..small pos...and sold after the judge refused to lower first verdict.
Dumb, de, Dumb, Dumb....DUMB!
It happens. That's the game we play. On to the next one!
unrelated to shc, you think the cfo exit at pins and dan retiring at PYPL sets up that deal?
